1. Returns
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 45 business days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at gramfashionn@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
